How to Prepare for Your Appointment

24 Hours before your appointment:

No caffeine or alcohol

Avoid blood thinning medications such as Ibuprofen

Avoid working out or strenuous exercises as this increases blood flow.

Pro tip: Shower and wash your hair the night before or morning of your appointment. Here's why:

Alicia will go over aftercare with you thoroughly, but a major point in the aftercare regimen is to avoid splashing water on them

for 7-10 days. While you'll still be able to shower, it is recommended to wait 48 hours before doing so.

1 week before your appointment:

No micro-needling or facials

If you have skin irritations or blemishes on your brows, please send a photo as it may result in rescheduling

If you are feeling sick, having cold or flu like symptoms, a sinus or respiratory infection, please reschedule your appointment

Do not exfoliate 48 hours before session.

Do not wax eyebrows, we’ll groom them at the session.

Stop taking fish oil or Vitamin E

If you are on an antibiotic please reschedule your appointment

2 weeks before your appointment:

No eyebrow tinting

No botox
